本文介绍了测试材料的相对介电常数ε_r和损耗因数D(tgδ)的重要意义,概述了我国这方面的现状,介绍一种高精度宽频带的测试仪器——HP4284ALCR仪。最后讨论了测试中的一些主要问题,并附有六种材料的ε_r和D的频率特性曲线。
This article introduces the importance of measuring the rela-tive dielectric constant ε_r and dissipation factor D (tgδ), gives an outline ofthe position of China in this field, and describes one kind of LCR meterwith high precision and broad frequency-HP4284A. Finally some mainproblems in the operation of the instrument are discussed and the frequencycharacteristics curves of six materials are provided for users.
