摘要
本文研究了刀具材料及其几何参数的选择、被加工表面粗糙度的影响、刀具耐用度的选择以及切削用量的优化方法,藉以评定锡黄铜(Hsn90-1)板材的切削加工性,也为精密加工衬套孔用组合机床的设计,提供了最佳工艺参数.
Based on the experiments,the selection of the tool materials,the tool geometrys,and the tool life,the selection of the optimum method of cutting data,the influence of the roughness of machined surface,are studied for evaluating comprehensively the machinability of tin-brass (HSn90-1)plate material.The optimum technological parameters are proposed for designing the modular machine tool to machine bushings precisely.
