摘要
介绍了传统工业化与新型工业化的区别 ,说明发展新型工业化必须利用高新技术改造传统产业、实现企业信息化建设与现化企业制度的有机结合、不断提高员工素质、发展服务业并改善农村就业结构。
The differences between traditional industry and new type industry are introduced.They are as follows:high technology must be applied to improve traditional industry;the combination of enterprise information construction and modern enterprise information construction and modem enterprise system must be realized;the staff's quality should be improved;service trades are to be developed;and employment structure of countryside should be improved.
