Study on Transient Fault Tolerance in Digital Systems

摘要 本文研究的瞬时故障容错技术是以故障掩盖和故障恢复的思想为基础的新的提高可靠性的技术方法,建立了数控系统容错模型和层次结构,并结合弹(箭)上计算机,对故障进行实时在线检测和处理,以达到减小或消除瞬时故障对控制系统的影响的目的。 In this paper, transient fault tolerance technology is a new approach to improve reliability based on fault-masking and fault recovery ideas. The fault tolerance model and lev- els of digital system are proposed. Based on the missile-born computer, the transient fault is detected and dealt with on-line in order to decrease or eliminate the effect on the control-sys- tem.
