摘要
以知识经济对人才的要求为背景 ,提出高等教育建立创造教育模式的关键是培养和造就具有创新精神的师资队伍。针对目前教师队伍不适应知识经济对创新人才培养要求的实际 。
Based upon the requirement of knowledge economy for talents,the key that establishing the creative higher education pattern is to train teachers is pointed out in this paper. The key points and the strategies that should be adapted in training teachers are also discussed with an the fact that teachers couldnt meet the requirement of knowledge economy for creative talents.
