摘要
漳河是游荡性河道,防洪标准较低,发生中小洪水即容易出险。所以,在现有防洪工程体系下,只有加强防汛队伍建设,并实施有效管理,才能最大限度地减少灾害的损失。
The Zhang River is a wandering river course with a low standard of flood prevention. Under the present system of flood control works, we should strengthen the construction and management of flood prevention contigent in order that me could cut down furthest the loss caused by the flood.
