摘要
目的 研究射频消融术治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血的临床应用前景。方法 随访观察上述疗法对 78例围绝经期功能性子宫出血患者的疗效。结果 75例 ( 96 15 % )获随访资料 ,术后 1个月治愈率为 94 67% ,有效率为 10 0 % ,好转率为 5 3 3 %。术后 3个月治愈率为 96 0 0 % ,有效率为 10 0 % ,好转率为 4 0 0 %。结论 射频消融术治疗围绝经期功能性子宫出血效果满意。
Objective To evaluate the clinical application of Radio frequency ablation in dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri_menopausal period.Methods The effect of above treatment on 78 patients suffering from dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri_menopausal period was observed.Results The follow_up data were obtained from 75 of 78 patients.One_month and three_month effective rates,mitigating rates,curing rates were 100%,100%;5 33%,4 00%;94 67%,96 00%.Conclusion Treating dysfunctional uterine bleeding of peri-menopausal period with radio frequency ablation has got satisfactory result.
