摘要
目的 :测试圣洁源绿源消毒液综合性能。方法 :按卫生部《消毒技术规范》 2 0 0 2年版要求进行稳定性试验(加速试验法 )、悬液定量杀菌试验、能量试验、消毒剂模拟现场和现场消毒试验、毒性试验。结果 :该消毒液 5 4℃存放14d后 ,平均过氧化氢含量下降率为 5 0 7%。过氧化氢浓度为 10 4 3mg/L的溶液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌 ,和 2 0 87mg/L的溶液对白色念珠菌作用 5min的平均杀灭对数值分别为 5 15、 5 2 7和 5 17,消毒液原液对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢作用90min的平均杀灭对数值为 5 2 0。对大肠杆菌能量试验的最低浓度为过氧化氢 10 4 3mg/L。过氧化氢浓度为 10 4 3mg/L的溶液对染于瓷碗、竹筷和桌面上的大肠杆菌 ,对黄瓜表面自然菌作用 30min的杀灭对数均值分别为 3 14、 3 16、 3 2 0和 1 30。该消毒液对昆明种小鼠的急性经口LD50 大于 5 0 0 0mg/kg ,对家兔皮肤急性刺激指数最高积分均值为 0 ,在小鼠骨髓细胞微核试验中为阴性结果。结论 :该消毒液有效期为 1年 ,具有高效杀菌作用 ,属实际无毒 ,无刺激性 ,无致微核作用。
Objective:In order to know disinfectant properties of ShengJieYuanLvYuan.Method:In accordance with TECHNICAL STANDARD FOR DISINFECTION,2002 edition, Experimental Technical Standard, Ministry of Health,PRC, stability test, suspension quantitative germicidal test, capacity test, analogue test of the scene and animal toxicity test were carried out.Results:After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, the average content of hydrogen peroxide decreased by 5.07%. The average killing log value of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli exposed to the solution containing hydrogen peroxide 1043mg/L or Candida albicans exposed to the solution containing hydrogen peroxide 2087mg/L for 5 min respectively attained 5.15, 5.27 and 5.17, and that of spores of Bacillus subtili.var. niger exposed to raw disinfectant solution for 90 min was 5.20. The lowest concentration of disinfectant solution with hydrogen peroxide content to Escherichia coli for a capacity test was 1043mg/L. The average killing log value of Escherichia coli exposed to the solution containing hydrogen peroxide 1043mg/L in the porcelain bowl for 30 min was 3.14, in the bamboo chopsticks was 3.16,in the table top was 3.20 and natural bacteria in the cucumber's surface was 1.30.Acute mouse oral LD 50 of this disinfectant solution in mice of KM was greater than 5000mg/kg. Rabbit skin irritative reaction average score was 0. The micronucleus test was negative.Conclusion:According to the evaluation criterion, this term of validity is one year. The disinfectant solution possesses germicidal effect. It is actually non-toxic, and it has no irritative and no effects to incur micronucleus.
