摘要
本文对冰染料合成龙胶、DFPP—104胶、合成海藻胶C作了物理、化学性能,稳定性,印制得色量及大车与小样试验的对比。认为合成海藻胶C对冰染料相容性最好,亲和力小,给色量高,透网性强,并在圆网印花上用冰染料工艺替代活性染料工艺,得色鲜艳、线条光洁、花型轮廓清晰,改善了手感,降低了成本。文中并提出了生产中应注意的问题。
This study concerns the physical and chemical properties of synthetic tragacanth, DF PP-104 gum and syn-thetic algin C, focusing on their stability and colour yield of printing. The comparison between sample and volume production indicated that algin C has good compatibility with naphthol dyes. Thanks to its low affinity , high colour yield and good mesh penetration, it became an important thickener in naphthol rotary screen printing which can be a replacement of traditional fibre reactive printing.
