摘要
还原染料悬浮体轧染是我厂高密防羽布生产常用的染色工艺。提高高密府绸小样仿色的正确性,可直接提高产品的质量。经过试验认为,染色半制品的准备、拼色染料的选择以及染色小样操作,是提高高密府绸还原染料小样轧染正确性的主要途径。
Suspension vat dye padding is a conventional way to dye dense weave poplin. Improving the accarancy of lab dying sample can directly upgrade the quality of dyed goods. On the basis of experiment results, the authors con-cluded that the preparation of semi-finished products, the selection of dyes for shade pitching and operation of sam-ple dyeing are the main measures to dye the poplin well by vat dyes.
