摘要
新型荧光增白剂PS—1系国产荧光增白剂升级换代产品,其1,4双(邻腈基苯乙烯基)苯结构较之传统的噁唑类结构的增白剂DT,在增白效果上具有白度高、荧光强、用量少等特点。本文对PS—1在涤棉漂白织物的应用上作了具体的试验及测试,优选了用量、焙烘温度和焙烘时间等工艺参数。生产实践证明,PS—1增白工艺操作方便、成本低、正品率高,经济效益十分显著。
For its structure of l,4-bi( o -cyano-phenylethylene) benzene, the home-made upgrading fluorescent brighten-er PS-1 has the advantages of excellent whiteness and bright fluorescence over traditional oxazole whitener DT. The authors conducted a series of experiments and testings on the application of PS? to T/C blended fabric and then optimized the process parameters such as dosage, curing temperature and duration. Through practice, PS-1 whitening process is proven easy to operate and has merits of low cost, high percentage of acceptable products and pretty good financial benefits.
