摘要
增深剂DW—301含有多个能与纤维素和染料形成共价键和氢键结合的官能团,用DW—301处理纤维素纤维,使之接枝改性,而易于与染料结合。本文对DW—301在纤维素纤维染色上的应用性能进行的研究表明,与诸多的阴离子类改性剂相比,其用量少、应用方法简单、重演性好、节约染料幅度大,具有较明显的经济效益。文章分析了影响增深处理的各项因素,介绍了具体应用工艺。
Deepener DW-301 has several functional groups which can form covalent bonds between cellulose and dyestuffs. Cellulose fibre becomes readily to dye after graft modification with DW-301. The investigation on the addition of DW-301 to the cellulose fibre during dyeing indicated that compared with a variety of other modifiers, DW-301 is convenient to use with good reproducibility. Besides, with its small dosage and great reduction in dye cost , the deepener has significant economical results.
