摘要 目的:引导老年人正确选择锻炼手段的方法,提高对中国传统的健身养生法的关注和兴趣。资料来源:应用计算机检索www.zglckf.com2000-01/2004-12期间的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词老年人。应用计算机检索《武汉体育学院学报》2003-01/2003-05期间的相关文章,限定文章语言种类为中文,检索词传统体育。手工检索《体育科学》2003-01/2003-05期间的相关文章。在湖北出版文化城查找相关医学和健身书籍。另外包括亲自在武汉三镇进行老年人健身方式的选择方面的调查。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选择介绍老年人健身现状、生理特点、常见疾病及中国传统健身法的文献。资料提炼:共收集到19篇相关文章,3篇为老年人健身现状研究,10篇为老年人生理特点和常见疾病的论述,6篇有关中国传统健身法的介绍。资料综合:老年人健身现状研究发现跳健身操、扭秧歌人数较多,老年人容易患心血管系统、呼吸系统、神经系统等疾病,通过体疗和传统健身养生方法可以起到很好的预防和治疗作用。结论:当今老年人对健身方法的选择已经趋向现代化,对传统健身法了解甚少导致应用不广。 OBJECTIVE:To guide the elderly people to choose the right means for exercise and enhance the attraction and interest to traditional Chinese bodybuilding regimen.DATA SOURCES:The relevant articles between January 2000 and December 2004 were searched for by browsing www.zglckf.com with the key words “elderly people' in Chinese.Also,the relevant articles between January 2003 and May 2003 were searched for in Journal of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education by inputting the key words “traditional physical educatibn' in Chinese into the computer.The relevant articles from January 2003 to May 2003 were manually searched for from Sports Science.The relevant books about medical sciences and keeping fit were searched for in Hubei Publishing and Culture City by using the computer.In addition,the choices for keepfit means in elderly people were investigated in three towns of Hubei Province.STUDY SELECTION:After the data were primarily looked through,the literatures about the present status of keeping fit,physical features and common diseases in elderly people as well as the traditional Chinese means for keeping fit were selected.DATA EXTRACTION:A total of 19 relevant articles were collected,of which 3 were about present status of keeping fit in elderly people,10 about physical features and common diseases in elder people,and 6 about the introduction of traditional Chinese methods for keeping fit.DATA SYSTHESIS:As shown in the studies on the present status of keeping fit in elderly people,body building exercise and yangko dance were common.The diseases in cardiovascular,respiratory and nervous systems were common in elderly people,which could be prevented and cured by exercise therapy and traditional Chinese methods for keeping fit.CONCLUSION:Now,the choice of the methods for keeping fit in elderly people is more and more modernized;however,the traditional Chinese keepfit methods are so little known that they are less adopted.
