摘要
目的:内皮素是近10年来发现的强有力的缩血管物质,由血管内皮细胞产生,已证实在局部缺血性疾病、持续性血管收缩及血管痉挛中起重要作用。运动作为一种特殊刺激将引起机体内皮细胞分泌内皮素水平发生改变,而内皮素具有强缩血管效应。为此,回顾了不同运动强度、运动形式及运动训练对内皮细胞内皮素分泌的影响结果,以此促进今后进一步研究运动过程中内皮素分泌的变化情况,从而了解心血管系统对运动过程的适应性。资料来源:应用计算机检索Medline数据库1980-01/2003-12期间的相关文章,检索词“athleticsports,endothelin,corporeityresistance,限定文章语言种类为英文。同时计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和相关杂志1990-01/2003-12期间的相关文章,检索词体育运动,内皮素,身体耐力,限定文章语言种类为中文。资料选择:对资料进行初审,选取内皮素生物化学特点和内皮素分泌的影响因素研究的文献。资料提炼:重点查阅影响因素之一的运动与内皮素分泌的关系,筛除其余因素与内皮素分泌关系的文献,共检索到25篇文献。资料综合:急性运动,耐力运动影响内皮素分泌的研究,大多数学者以小鼠为研究对象,少数学者以人为研究对象,观察运动后研究对象的内皮素分泌状况,同时也突出了运动对高血压患者内皮素分泌的?
OBJECTIVE:Uncoupling proteins(UCPS) can relieve proton electrochemical gradien
t and induce uncoupling respiratory chain and synthesis of ATP,which affects ene
rgy production and energy metabolism.At present,5 kinds of UCPS have been discov
ered,who have different degrees of homogeneity.UCP is a kind of obesity gene.The
aim of this paper is to understand action mechanism of UCPS,the relation betwee
n UCPS and obesity,and regulating factors of UCPS gene expression to explore an
new way for the study of pathogenesis,prevention and cure of obesity.
DATA SOURCES:The related articles between 1994 and 2004 were searched for in M
edline by inputting the key words ?°Uncoupling proteins' in English into the com
puter.Meanwhile,the relevant articles between 1994 and 2004 were also searched f
or in China Journal Fulla2text Database(CJFD,http://www.sy.cnki.net) with the ke
y words same as above in Chinese in special column lists for medical health by u
sing the computer.Five related literatures were searched for manually.
STUDY SELECTION:After primary looka2through for the data,the selected literatu
res met the following criteria:¢ùthe studies about members of UCPS;¢úthose about
the relation between UCPS and obesity;and ¢?those about the relation between UC
PS and exercise.
DATA EXTRACTION:Totally 35 pieces of related literatures were collected,all th
e Chinese literatures and a part of English literatures were fulla2text,and the
rest were abstracts.Twentya2two pieces of literatures were in accordance with in
clusion criteria.
DATA SYNTHESIS:UCP1 had little effect on human energy balance.UCP2 and UCP3 we
re probably correlated with the occurrence of obesity and type 2 diabetes.UCP4 l
ocating in rat fat tissues might participant in the occurrence and development o
f obesity.The status of digestion was the essential factor influencing the expre
ssion of UCPS gene.Onea2off exercise could upregulate the level of UCP3 mRNA at
different degrees,and might be correlated with different levels,styles and durat
ions of exercise.However,longa2term endurance training decreased the expression
of UCPS gene. CONCLUSION Uncoupling proteins,related to obesity to some extent,m
ay be an effective target point of preventing curing obesity.Exercise may affect
the expression of UCPs gene in different degrees,which may also relate wity obe
sity.

Abstract
OBJECTIVE:To review the latest achievements of application of cinesiateics in
promoting rehabilitation and accelerating functional restoration in patients aft
er knee joint replacement so as to provide scientific evidences for the clinical
physicians to instruct the patients to perform rehabilitative exercise.
DATA SOURCES:The related articles between January 1980 and September 2004 in M
edline and October 1980 and September 2004 in Embase were searched for by inputt
ing the key words ?°Arthroplasty,permutation,knee,cinesiateics,rehabilitation' i
n English into the computer.Similarly,the relevant articles between January 2000
and April 2004 were searched for by browsing www.zglckf.com with the key words
as same as above in Chinese.
STUDY SELECTION:Having been looked through primarily,the articles about clinic
al studies,experience review and case reports were selected,and then the full te
xts of them were looked up.
DATA EXTRACTION:A total of 21 relevant articles to cinesiateics for the rehabi
litation of knee joint
