The Frequency Measurement Technique by Broad-Band Phase Detection

摘要 本文所述新的测量技术利用了最大公因子频率及特性测量周期性信号。这种基于捕捉“相位重合点”构成测量门时进行各种测量的方法消除了计数式测频、测时仪器的±1个计数误差,测量精度较之同类设备显著提高。具有很大推广价值。本文详细叙述了这种技术的基本原理,仪器框图及误差分析,并预测了在其它测量中的发展前景。 This new frequency and periodic signal measurement technique is a highlyaccurate,convenient and economical technique.It is suitable to any periodic signal measurement,including frequency,period,periodic time interval,phase difference,etc.This technique utilizes therelationship of quantized phase shift discriminability between two frequency signals with theirgreatest common factor frequency and the frequency values of the two compared frequency sig-nals,by mears of 'phase coincidence points'detection to complete highly accurate frequency mea-surement and other periodic signals measurements in a very wide frequency range.This techniquecan be used instead of meny frequency and periodic signals measurement techniques and instru-ments.The accuracy is much higher than that of ordinary techniques.It can be used to eliminate±1 count error in many different count measuring instruments very effectively.This paper de-scribes the basic principle of the new technique,the practical diagram firgure of an instrument de-signed by this technique and the error analysis in detail.It will be used very widely in the mea-surements of many other physical quantities.
