摘要
论述公路自动收费系统中机动车监测软件的功能、结构和设计依据。该软件的特点是巧妙地交替分时监测收费处入口和出口的机动车，及时与磁卡机联络通信，并采用对应数据链表存取数据的方法，保证在任何情况下都能显示打印出机动车的重量和应缴费金额。
This paper discusses the function,the structure and the design basis of thesoftware for monitoring vehicle in a system of automatic collection toll on the highway.Thecharacterities of the software are the following:(1)it can alternately monitor the vehiclespassing the entrance or the exit of the system in distribute time;(2)it can immediatelycommunicate with the magnetic card machine;(3)By adopting the method of saving data intoor taking data from the relative data chain table,it can dlsplay the weight of a vehicle andthe toll,and print them.
