摘要
公民主体意识的欠缺已成为阻碍我国现代化建设的重要因素之一 ,重建公民主体意识已成为当务之急。只有重建公民主体意识 ,确立公民的主人翁思想 ,才能保证每一个社会成员自觉地投身到经济建设中去。国家的方针政策只有变成每个社会成员的自觉行动 。
Wanting in citizen's subject consciousness has become an important factor in hindering the development of China's construction of four modernizations. Its reconstruction has become urgent.
