摘要
高等教育大众化发展的新形势对高校的学生工作提出了新要求,因此,高校学生工作必须在管理队伍、管理体制、运行机制、校园文化和投入机制等方面注重建设和完善,以形成全新的工作体系,惟有这样,才能适应高等教育大众化的发展要求,才能切实加强和改进新形势下高校学生工作的功效。
Higher education has entered a new stage of being popularized among the general public. Under such a new situation, new demands have been set for the student administrative work in colleges and universities. It is held in this paper that great attention should be paid to the systemic construction of college student administrative work, including the administrative team, the managing and operating mechanisms, the investing system, campus culture and other aspects. Only in this way can a brand new working system come into being, and we can meet the demand of popularizing higher education and upgrade the efficiency of student work in colleges and universities.
