钢球锻造加热炉节能技术改造

ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGICAL TRANSFORMATION OF REHEATING FURNACE FOR STEEL BALL FORGING

摘要 鞍山市锻造制品厂原2座钢球锻造加热炉,烧焦炭,风机能力过大,加之没有排烟烟囱,使炉子四处冒火,吨钢能耗高达200kg焦炭.后将炉子改为1座烧煤的12.9m^2加热炉,对炉子结构和燃烧室均进行了合理改造.并选用能力小的助燃风机,增设上煤机和除渣机,增设排烟系统。一年多生产结果表明,吨钢能耗可降至130.2kg烟煤。 Two reheating furnaces in Anshan Forging Product Works previously used coke as fuel, equipped with fans having more than needed capacity, did not have exhaust chimney and sent out smoke all around with energy consumption per ton steel up to 200 kg coke . Then, one of them was changed to 12. 90m2 coal fired reheating furnace, in which the structure and combustion chamber are rationally transformed , using suitable capacity combustion-supporting fan, increasing coal feeder, slag removal unit and exhaust chimney. More than one year production result shows that energy consumption per ton steel can be reduced to 130. 2kg bituminous coal.
