摘要
本文通过交联聚丙烯醛与水合肼反应制得的聚丙烯醛腙树脂(Ⅰ),进一步与水杨醛反应,制得丙烯醛一水杨醛双腙树脂.该树脂对金的吸附容量为1.5mmol/g(294mgAu^(3+)/g),对钯的吸附客量为0.88mmol/g(93mgPd^(2+)/g).吸附在树脂上的Au^(3+)、Pd^(2+)可用硫脲—HCl深液洗脱,回收率分别为99.9%(Au^(3+))和99.06%(Pd^(2+)).
A macroporous polyacrolein-salicylaldehyde Dihydrazon resin ( Ⅱ ) has been prepared by the reaction of 4.5%DVB crosslinked polyacrolein-styrol with hydrazin and salicylaldehyde. The resin ( Ⅱ )has adsorption capacity of 1.5mmolAu8+/g ( 294mgAu8/g ) aad0.88mmolPd2Vg ( 93mgPd2+/g ) determined by the static method after contacting with the solution of HAuCU and PdCla(pH=l ) for24h. The gold and palladium ions adsorbed on the resin ( Ⅱ ) can be eluted by agueous thiourea-HC1 solution with recovery of 99.9%for Au3+ and 99.06%for Pd2+.
