摘要
目的 探讨尿道口处女膜病的临床特点和处理方法。方法 回顾性分析了我院1990年8月至2001年12月收治的80例 尿道口处女膜病患者的诊断和治疗资料。结果 经3～24个月的随访,手术有效率95%(76/80),治愈率80%(64/80)。结论 对反复下尿路感染的女性患者,应考虑尿道口处女膜病,不能忽视必要的专科检查,如诊断确立,建议外科手术治疗。
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis, clinical features and treament of urethral orifice hymen disease. Methods Eighty cases of urethral orifice hymen disease surgically treated from 1990 to 2001 were reviewed and analyzed. Results The patients had been followed up for 3～24 months. The effective and curative rate of surgical therapy were 95%, and 80% respectively. Conclusion Urethral orifice hymen disease should be taken into consideration in female patients with repeated lower urinary tract infection. Surgical intervention is recommended if the diagnosis has been confirmed.
