圆柱壳贴板补强结构的实验研究 被引量:5

摘要 本文根据美国压力容器委员会计划对圆筒形容器的贴板补强结构进行一系列研究的要求,对5台开孔接管贴板补强结构的圆柱壳容器进行了电测应力实验,所得结果为从理论上研究圆柱壳开孔接管贴板补强结构应力状况和在实际中有效应用贴板补强的设计规范提供了参考。 In this paper, strain gauge tests have been carried out on cylindrical branch/cylindrical pressure vessel connection. The test results indicates that the pads have different effects on the highest stress of the meridional section and on the highest stress of circumferential section. The recommeded reinforcement widths do not exceed 2.0d along the mcridional axis and 1.5d along the circumferential respectively. There are significant stresses in the weld at the outside diameter of the pad plate. Also, it should be noted that the gaps between the shell and pad have a bad effect on the effecttiveness of pad-reinforcing. The larger gaps have higher stress intensity, specially for the circumferntial section of shell. The gaps have smaller effects on branch's stresses.
