摘要
主要介绍了美国AISI规范、加拿大S136规范和中国GB 5 0 0 18- 2 0 0 2规范中冷成型钢冷作强化的计算方法及其理论依据 ,以 90°冷成型钢圆角为例分析了各规范的计算结果 ,并且与厚壁冷成型钢试验数据进行了对比 ,结果表明我国GB 5 0 0 18规范的计算方法相对保守 ,可用于厚壁冷成型钢 ,且应用简便 ,具有较好的通用性和可靠性 ,并能够满足工程要求。这为我国现行《冷弯薄壁型钢结构技术规范》(GB 5 0 0 18- 2 0 0 2 )对壁厚限制进行修正提供了一定的依据。
The calculation methods of strain hardening of cold-formed steel using AISI,CSA S136 and Chinese GB 50018-2002 specifications and their theoretical bases are mainly presented in this paper.Using the cold-formed steel with 90° round angle as example,this paper analyses its calculated results using every specification,and compares with test data of thick cold-formed steel,which indicates that GB 50018-2002 specification is relatively conservative and appropriate to thick cold-formed steel,and has better universality and dependability,which can also satisfy the project request.This provides the basis for actual 'Technical Code of Cold-Formed Thin-Wall Section Steel Structures'(GB 50018-2002)modifying thickness restriction of cold-formed steel member to a certain extent.
