摘要
抗火防火是钢结构住宅研发中必须解决的一个关键问题。楼、墙板对钢梁、柱构件截面的温度分布产生一定的影响 ,从而影响它们的抗火承载力。通过有限元分析 ,研究了有蒸压轻质加气混凝土 (ALC)楼墙板连接的高频焊接H型钢升温和温度分布状况 ,进行了有关参数分析 ,涉及板材厚度和热工性能、高频焊接H型钢截面尺度以及防火涂料保护层等 ,为高频焊接H型钢和ALC板在轻钢住宅中的应用和抗火设计提供了基础。
Fire resistance and protection are key problems that must be solved for the development and application of light steel framed housing.Both floor and wall slabs exert an effect on temperature distribution along the section areas of steel girders and columns so as to influence fire resistance of these members.The elevated temperature and distribution in the high-frequency welded H-section members with ALC slabs are investigated through finite element analysis.The parametric study is carried out relevant to the thickness and the thermal properties of ALC slab,the geometry of H section member,the thickness and the thermal properties of fireproof paint and so on.All the present investigations provide foundations for the applications of high-frequency welded H section members and ALC slabs in light steel framed housing and for the fire resistance design of the steel section.
