摘要
对49个小麦种质籽粒性状和出粉率间关系的分析表明,角质度、千粒重和容重与出粉率呈极显著或显著正相关;角质度对出粉率的标准偏回归系数(0.57)明显高于后两者.但在角质度一定时,容重与出粉率无关.比重、角质度、蛋白质含量、粒厚系数和腹沟宽等因素对容重有明显影响.千粒重与籽粒体积为高度正相关(0.9943),而与容重(-0.0961)和角质度(0.0064)均无关.因此,在育种早代角质度和千粒重似可作为间接选择指标,以有效地提高小麦品种的出粉率.
iSimple and multiple correlation analysis was made for milling yield and kernel traits based upon the data from forty-nine germplasms of wheat grown in the Middle and Low Yangtze River regions. The results indicated that vitreousness, 1000-kernel weight and unit weight were significantly correlated with flour yield. The standard regression coefficient of the vitreousness with milling yield was 0.57, obviously greater than either coefficient of the other two characters. But when the vitreouness statistically unchanged, the unit weight had no relationship with milling yield. The unit weight was significantly influenced by specific weight, vitreousness protein content, ratio of kernel thickness to length and crease. 1000-kernel weight had a high positive corelation to average kernel size (r=0.9943) , but no significance with unit weight(=-0.096) and vitreousness(=0.0064). Hence, vitreousness and 1000-kernel weight could be used as indirect selection criteria for milling yield in early generetions to enhance flour productivity of wheat cultivars.
