摘要
随着会计行业的发展，会计人员对新知识、新技能的需求越来越强烈。这对会计人员的继续教育工作提出了更高的要求。本文针对继续教育工作存在的诸多不足，从教育目标、教育管理、教学方式、教材编写和考试制度等五个方面提出了建议。
Accountants' desire for new accountancy knowledge and new accountancy skills is becoming stronger and stronger with the development of the accountancy profession.So there is a stronger request for the further education for the accountants.This article makes some suggestions in view of the shortages of the further educating in such aspects as the goals of education,education management,teaching methods,teaching material and examination system.
