小麦灌浆强度、灌浆物质流氮浓度和籽粒蛋白质含量的关系 被引量:2

摘要 1985~1987在年泰安进行了小麦籽粒蛋白质形成生理的研究.结果表明:灌浆强度和籽粒蛋白质含量关系不大;灌氮强度在籽粒发育期间出现两个高峰,灌氮强度在第一高峰期和籽粒蛋白质含量呈显著正相关,在第二高峰期呈弱正相关,灌浆物质流的氮浓度和籽粒蛋白质含量呈显著正相关. A physiological study on protein formation in wheat grain was carried out in Taian, in 1985—1987. The results showed that there was a little relation between grain-filling intensity and protein content in mature grain. The nitrogen-filling intensity showed two peaks during the grain developing period. The grain protein content showed a significantly positive correlation with nitrogen-filling intensity at the first peak stage,and a weakly positive correlation with nitrogen-filling intensity at the second peak stage. Another result showed a significantly positive correlation between grain protein content and nitrogen density in influx of grain-filling matter.
