摘要
转型时期的现代化与犯罪问题的研究是个难度极大的课题 ,应从多角度进行研究。用哲学范式的研究主要是把这个问题放在发展与代价的框架下进行讨论。犯罪作为现代化的一种代价与现代化发展是辩证统一的关系 ,理论和实践都要求我们对待现代化中的犯罪问题要有正确的代价观 ,保持一个理性的心态。
It is a hard topic to study on the problem of modernization and crime in changing time, which should been researched with varied approaches. Here we lay stress on a philosophical approach that means to discuss this topic that should be put within the framework of development and sacrifice. As a sacrifice for modernization, the relation between crime and modern development is dialectical unity. Theories and practices have shown that we should have a proper attitute towards sacrifice for the crime in modernization, and keep a rational mind.
