摘要
本文简述了引起第一次电子革命的半导体集成电路的发展及将要引起第二次电子革命的半导体功率器件及功率集成电路的发展。
In the article,the author expounds shortly the development of semi-conductor integrated circuit causing the first electronic revolution as well as the semi-conductor power device and power integrated circuit causing the second one.In latter parts of the article.the author introduces some contributions in this field.\;
