摘要
中国西部开发及其战略选择是中国大学发展的重大机遇。中国重点大学应成为人才培养、科学研究、高科技产业开发三位一体的基地 ,通过发展大学科技产业 ,推动中国及其西部地区高新技术产业发展 。
China west development and its strategic choice are a great opportunity for universities in China.The key universites in China should become the base for cultivating the talent, scientific research and developing hi-tech industry by hi-tech industry growth of university,to propel hi-tech industry development in China and west region.The key universities should serve the west developing in China and realize their comprehensive growth.
