摘要
本文论述了高等学校基础教育与教学在本科人才培养过程中的重要地位和作用 ,提出了北华大学基础课程的建设发展目标、教学内容与课程体系改革方向和当前的重点任务 。
The fundamental education and teaching have important position and function in the institutions of higher learning during the training course of the qualified undergraduates.The developing goal of the fundamental course construction, teaching content, reform goal of the course system and the main task were put forward. It also put forward the constructive opinions about the organization setting up of the teaching administration of the basic courses in Beihua University.
