蝮蛇抗栓酶和藻酸双酯钠对血液流变学的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Fushe Kangshuanmei and polysaccharide sulfate on hemorheology

摘要 108例高粘血症患者随机分为蝮蛇抗栓酶组54例(男36例,女18例;年龄63±10a)和藻酸双酯钠(PSS)组54例(男37例,女17例;年龄64±10a)治疗。蝮蛇抗栓酶0.5U/次,PSS 0.1-0.2g/次,均加入5%葡萄糖500mL中静滴,qd,10-14d为一个疗程。结果:2组患者血液流变学指标均明显下降(P<0.01或0.05)。蝮蛇抗栓酶组降血浆比粘度优于PSS组(P<0.05)。 One hundred and eight patients suffering from hyperviscosity of blood were divided equally into 2 groups at random. The first group(M 36, F 18; age 63 ± 10 a)received Fushe Kangshuan-mei(SVATE) 0.5 U in 5% glucose 500 mL iv gtt qd × 14 d as a course; the other group(M 37, ?17; age 64 ± 10 a)received polysaccharide sulfate(PSS) 0.1-0.2 g in 5% glucose 500 mL iv gtt qd × 14 cl as a course to served as control. The results showed that the indices of hemorheology of 2 groups were all fallen distinctly (F<0. 05, P<0. 01).The differences of indices of hemorheology between 2 groups were not significant( P>0. 05) except plasma viscosity(P<0. 05).
