摘要
本文根据柔道项目的供能特点 ,综述了目前柔道运动员赛前称重后至比赛前 2~ 2 .5 h内在能量补充方面存在的几个问题 :补充的物质不合理 ,补充的量不合理 ,补充的时机不合理。由于不合理的赛前能量补充 ,导致运动员比赛中体内能源物质动员缓慢 ,利用率低 ,以及高脂肪、高蛋白食物引起胃肠不适、胰岛素反应、体内咖啡因过量等 ,提出培养柔道运动员赛前科学合理补充能源物质的建议。
This paper summarized and discussed Jukeka's energy supplement after weight to 2~2.5 hours before competition.It is said that the quantity and time of supplement is improper and this improper supplement lead to a low energy metabolism,low utilization ratio,stomach ache caused by high fat and protein intake,insulin reaction and too much coffeine in body,etc.It put forward some suggestions on scientific energy supplement for Jukoka before competition.
