摘要
人力资源开发是实施现代化建设可持续发展战略的关键。正确认识人力资源开发对社会经济可持续发展的重要性 ,对我国社会经济发展总目标的实现以及经济增长方式的根本转变 。
Developing human resources is the key of implementing strategy of sustainable development.It is very important that adopt a correct understanding about developing human resources for ability of social economy sustainable development which for accomplish total goal of social eeonomy development and the thoroughly change of economy growth way.
