摘要
以苯胺(An)为单体,过硫酸铵(APS)为引发剂,采用现场乳液聚合法合成了可完全溶于水的聚苯乙烯磺酸(PSSA)掺杂聚苯胺(PAn).研究了PSSA/An的摩尔比、APS浓度、APS的滴加时间、反应时间及温度对An聚合反应及其产物的水溶性、导电性及特性粘度[η]的影响.结果表明:在比较宽的实验条件下,均可合成具有良好导电性的可溶于水的PSSA掺杂PAn;其中PSSA/An的摩尔比为1.10∶1,APS浓度为0.070mol·L-1,APS溶液的滴加时间为2h,反应时间为1h,反应温度为14℃时,得到的掺杂PAn电导率最高达11.60S·cm-1.
Water soluble conductive polyaniline (PAn) was synthesized by the oxidation of aniline(An) doped with ammonium persulfate(APS) and polystyrene sulfonic acid(PSSA) through the method of emulsion polymerization. The effects of the molar ration of PSSA/An, the concentration of APS, the dropping time of APS solution, reaction time and temperature on the polymerization of An were studied. It was found that water soluble PAn was obtained and its conductivity was high up to 11.60 S·cm^(-1) when the molar ration of PSSA/An was 1.10:1, the concentration of APS was 0.070 mol·L^(-1), the dropping time of APS solution was 2 h, reaction time was 1h and temperature was 14 ℃.
