摘要
提出了一种基于VRML构建远程制造资源模型的方法,讲述了如何用VRML构造远程制造资源的几何模型以及如何将构建好的模型与功能模块对接。这种构建制造资源模型的方法将VRML的虚拟现实建模优势与高级语言在人机界面、网络和数据库等方面的集成功能相结合。可应用在基于VRML和其它编程语言共同开发的远程制造系统。以虚拟车间中设备模型的引入和调整为例对上述构造模型的方法加以说明。
The paper brings forward a method of building models with VRML for the longdistant manufacturing resource,introducing how to build the geometrical models for the manufacturing resource with VRML and how to combine the models with functional modules.The method,which is applied to a long-distant manufacturing system developed with VRML and other programming languages,conjoins the advantage of VRML on building models in virtual reality with that of the programming languages on developing the interface,intercommunication by the net,operating on the database and so forth.The paper provides an example of how to import the models of the equipments into the virtual workshop of the system to illuminate the method mentioned above.
