急性肺损伤时肺表面活性物质的变化及意义 被引量:3

摘要 急性肺损伤时肺的表面张力增高 ,肺表面活性物质 (pulmonarysurfactant ,PS)结构和功能发生改变 ,其原因包括血浆蛋白渗出液对PS的抑制作用 ,炎症介质、不适当机械通气等对PS的损伤 ,从而导致肺功能受损 ,易于形成肺水肿 ,肺部免疫防御能力降低 ,加重呼吸机诱发肺损伤的风险。大剂量外源性PS替代治疗有望降低急性肺损伤的病死率。
