摘要 服务员的操作失误可能导致服务台故障而使其服务时间延长;或有一些服务台可能在工作一 段时间后,其服务时间也会出现延长情况,对此提出一类新的可修排队系统,服务台具有正常工作、异 常工作和故障三种状态.并通过L-变换、母函数以及补充变量法得出其排队指标和可靠性指标. Lapse of the operators may lead to the ill function of the service station, which will prolong the service time. The same happens for some service stations that have been in operation for a period of time. It is pointed out that the repairable queueing system has three states, the normal working state, the abnormal working state and the breakdown. By means of supplementary variable and L - transition, the queueing index and the index of reliability are obtained.
