摘要
研究目的探讨硫酸庆大霉素珠链在治疗儿童急慢性骨髓炎中的价值并提出理论依据。研究方法随机分两组比较,用常规方法治疗作为对照组;用硫酸庆大霉素;台疗作为治疗组,将两组疗效进行评价。研究结果治疗组疗效满意,疗程短,并发症、后遗症发生率低,操作简单,病人痛苦小,经济费用低,优于对照组。结论硫酸庆大霉素珠链治疗儿童急慢性骨髓炎是一种理想的药物,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To Study the therapeutic value ofgentamycin sulfate beads on children’Sosteomyelitis and to provide the theoratical basis. Methods We compared the results of thecontrol group and the treatment group.The firstgroup as control group treated by using rontinetreatment,and the second group as treamentgroup by using gentamycin suifate beads. Results The results show that the treatmentgroup has satistactory curative effect,shortercourse of trearnent,lower rate of complicationsand sequel,simpler procedure and lower costwhich makes it superior to the control group. Conclusions Gentamycin sulfate beads is aideal medicine on treating the children‘Sosteomyelitis, and this medicine is deservedspread in clinical.
