摘要
目的 :观察清肺合剂对小儿支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效及肺功能的影响。方法 :将 2 0 8例哮喘患儿按就诊顺序分为两组 ,治疗组 (10 6例 )口服清肺合剂与常规西药 ,对照组 (10 2例 )口服渔人百咳静糖浆 ,观察两组临床疗效与肺功能的变化。结果 :临床有效率治疗组 86 .79% ,对照组 82 .35 % (P >0 .0 5 )。治疗组哮喘患儿的肺功能明显改善 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 :清肺合剂能明显改善患儿的肺功能 ,具有良好的临床疗效 ,且无任何副反应。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effectiveness of Qingfei Heji and its influence on lung function of Children with bronchial asthma. Method: 208 cases of patients were divided according to their order of being consulted into the treated group (106 caese) and the controlled group (102 cases). The former took orally Qingfei Heji and the nomal Western medicine while the latter took orally Yuren Baike Jing Sirup. And then the therapeutic effectiveness and lung function were observed. Result: The treated group had 86.79 percent of clinical therapeutic effective rate and the controlled group 82.35 percent (P>0.05), and the treated group had a significant promotion of lung function (P<0.001). Conclusion: Qingfei Heji can significantly promote the lung function of Children with acute bronchial asthma and it has an excellent therapeutic effectiveness without side effects.
