摘要
对超声波提取花色苷的各项工艺条件进行了初步探讨,设计了工艺流程,研究了超声波提取的温度、时间和提取剂对花色苷提取率的影响,得出最佳提取工艺参数为:在超声波频率为 30kHz条件下,用 2%的稀H2SO4 作提取剂,处理 40min,温度 50℃时提取率最高。
The extraction technology of anthocyanins with ultrasonic wave was discussed, and the technological process was designed. The influences of temperature, time and extraction solvent on extracting ratios were explored, and the best extraction parameters were obtained. With the frequency of 30kHz, the concentration of 2% for extraction solvent H 2SO 4, treatment for 40min, temperature of 50℃, the highest extraction ratio could be acquired.
