摘要
试验分析了连续加热干燥和间歇加热干燥条件下水曲柳小径木锯材干燥过程中表层应力的发展变化规律。结果表明:间歇期间应力得到一定的松弛,间歇时间越长效果越明显,并且使最大应力到达的时机向后推迟;间歇对减少径、弦切材应力差异的效果不明显;对于小尺寸的水曲柳小径木锯材,采用叉齿法定性分析干燥过程中产生的应力效果较好。
The stress of surface layer of small-diameter Manchurian ash timber was discussed under the condition of continue heating drying and intermittent heating drying. The result showed that drying stress was loosed during intermittence, the longer the intermittent time was, the more remarkable the loosing effect was, and the time of the largest stress coming was postponed because of intermittence. The effect of intermittence was not remarkable on the diversity of quarter-sawn timber and flat-sawn timber, and prong method was better to analyze the stress during drying for small size of small-diameter Manchurian ash timber.
