摘要
利用静态箱/气相色谱法对长白山阔叶红松林林下土壤CO2释放通量进行了测定.结果表明:土壤CO2通量年变化具有明显的季节差异,在一年中温度最高的7~8月份,土壤CO2释放通量值最大,可达770.29mg·m-2·h-1,而在最冷的1~2月份土壤CO2释放通量最小,其通量仅为33.23 mg·m-2·h-1.土壤CO2通量的变化与大气、土壤表层、地下5 cm处温度的变化呈明显的正相关关系:CO2释放通量随温度的升高呈指数函数上升;地下5 cm处温度与土壤CO2通量的相关性最显著(R=0.80,P<0.001,n=61);CO2释放通量与土壤含水量之间也存在着正相关关系,但显著性不高.
The soil CO 2 efflux was measured by closed chamber and gas chromatography technique in the broad-leaved Korean pine forests. The results showed a significant seasonal dynamics of soil CO 2 flux. The maximum value of efflux was 770.29mg·m -2 ·h -1 in the hottest months, July and August, and the minimum was 33.23mg·m -2 ·h -1 in the coldest months, January and February. According to the analysis of relationships between CO 2 flux and air temperature, soil-surface temperature and temperature in 5 cm depth under the soil, the CO 2 flux and those temperatures had a significant relationship. With the temperature increasing, the soil CO 2 efflux showed an exponential increase. The maximum correlation coefficient was 0.80 between soil temperature at 5cm depth and soil CO 2 efflux (P<0.001, n=61), and the soil CO 2 efflux and the soil water content also had a positive relationship but insignificant.
