摘要
:运用文献资料、观看录像、比较和综合分析等方法,对NBA2001—2002季后赛的几场比赛进行研究。发现:(1)篮球比赛中防守模式的建立,应根据篮球运动本身的特点和各种防守行为模式两方面内容综合考虑;(2)应将已经建立的防守模式,在教学和训练中有意识地进行强化,并储存在运动员记忆系统中。
Through consulting the documents and watching the video etc, the author makes a study of the matches of NBA 2001-2002, knowing that: (1) the model contains two categories including the characteristics of basketball itself and the model of various defense actions. 2 the established model should be strengthened in practical training and teaching and stored in the players' memory system.
