摘要
当前损害民工权益的情况大量存在,特别是拖欠农民工工资的情况已形成一个普遍存在的社会问题。为此,必须提倡公平观念,切实消除对城市农民工的社会歧视意识;制定正确的政策,提高农民工的政治地位;建立健全及时支付农民工工资机制;从法律上解决农民工工资拖欠问题;加大政府监督力度,建立和健全通畅的利益表达机制;加强对农民工的非农业技能培训等措施。
This article deals with the main causes of damaging the rights of peasants who work in the cities from cognitive roots, social roots, etc. Furthermore, this paper suggests main measures to resolve it from spreading the awareness of fairness, enhancing the quality of peasants who work in the cities, especially emphasizing the impact of the government and so on.
