摘要 随着研究的深入,对神经胶质细胞的生物学功能有了进一步的认识。位于神经生发区的胶质 细胞具有干细胞特性,在生长因子的存在下能在体外形成神经球,辐射状胶质细胞也可能是发育期的 祖细胞。越来越多的证据表明,胶质细胞是脑内的一种潜在的干细胞。 As the study develops in depth, researchers have further understood the biological function of traditional glial cells. The glial cells in the neurogenetic area have the characteristics of stem cells, they form neurosphere under the stimulation of growth factors in vitro, and the radial glial cells may be the progenitor cells in the early stage of neurogenesis. And increasing evidence shows that glial cells are latent stem cells in brain.
