摘要
柔道项目是以力量为基础的运动 ,力量是柔道运动员最基本的运动素质 ,本文探讨了柔道运动员力量发展方法以及不同训练时期力量素质与其它训练因素的合理安排。
Judo is based on strength, which is one of Judo players' basic capabilities. In this article, some researches have been done on the means of developing strength as well as on the arrangement proportion of strength training and other training factors at different training periods.
