The Development and the Prospect of Macrolide Antibiotics

摘要 简要介绍大环内酯类抗生素发展近况,讨论了大环内酯类抗生素的作用机制、耐药机制、构效关系及泰利霉素(Telithromycin)和ABT-773(Cethromycin,喹红霉素)的药理、临床性质。 The Development of Macrolide Antibiotics was introduced briefly and the action mechanism, structure-activity relationships, and resistant mechanisms of the macrolides were discussed. The pharmacological and clinical characteristics of Telithromycin and ABT-733 (Cethromycin) were reviewed as well.
