摘要
随着素质教育的不断深化和体育教学改革的全面贯彻实施,教师应根据体育与健康课程的性质和特点,树立现代教育理念,从重视生命的本质出发,以学生发展为本,重视建立新型的师生关系,把学生的发展提到高于一切的位置.在体育教学中,教师树立正确的学生观、用良好的人格魅力影响学生、以积极饱满的情绪感染学生,有利于建立民主、平等、合作、和谐的新型师生关系,是培养一批具有创新精神和创新能力,适应新时期人才发展的需要.
With development of quality-education and implement of reform in physical education,it is very important for teachers to build up modern times education viewpoint in regarding life essence,based on the development of students and to attach importance to relationship of new type between teachers and students in physical education in order to improve students′ development to the highest position,according to character and characteristic of education and health courses.In P.E.teaching,teachers shall build up right students on and affect them with good personality charm and infect them with actively and full emotion in favor of establishing democracy,equality,cooperate,harmonious relationship of teachers and students.It is demanded for teachers to train a group of persons with ability with innovative spirit and ability for fitting demands of developing persons with ability in the new era.
