摘要
通过对再热热段至低旁暖管管道角焊缝上裂纹的解剖分析,其原因是热疲劳裂纹引起的。进一步的理论分析和试验研究证实在暖管管道上确实存在回流的冷凝水,外方承认这是由于设计原因引起的泄漏,进而对整个系统重新进行了改造。
Through the pipe sample cutting and analyzing the crack in the fillet weld between the hot reheat pipe and the warming pipe, it was found out that the cause of the crack is due to the thermal fatigue. Further theoretical analysis and experimental research verified that there is reflux condensate in the warming pipe. The foreign supplier confessed that the leakage is due to problems in designing and later made a retrofit for the whole system.
